What are the main changes being made to the agreement?
- The commitment period required to participate in Hilo challenges in order to obtain Hilo products (e.g., thermostats) at a lower cost is being reduced from 36 months to 12 months.
- A financial assistance program is now available when a client chooses to add Hilo-compatible devices.
- The conditions for participating in challenges and earning Hilo rewards are more flexible (for example, it is now possible to decline up to 10 challenges per season).
