What happens if I move or I want to transfer my Agreement?

If you move, you must inform Hilo’s customer service at least thirty days before the scheduled day of your move. Hilo may choose to offer you a solution such as an Agreement transfer, but is under no obligation to do so. If necessary, you will remain solely responsible to Hilo for all of your obligations as outlined in the Agreement until the solution offered by Hilo and accepted by you is finalized.

An amount of fifty dollars ($50), plus applicable taxes, may be billed to you as a processing fee for the agreed-upon solution.
