Joining Hilo is simple

We’ll be there with you at every step, from your onboarding  to the installation of your selected products. Our goal? Offering an easy and efficient experience.

1. Verify your eligibility

To be eligible for Hilo, you have to be a Hydro-Québec account holder, have high-speed Internet service and a wireless home network, own a smartphone and have a primarily electrical heating system. Also make sure our service is available in your region.
