I’ve plugged two devices into my duplex plug. How can I switch only one of the two on or off?

Model 45853

If you have a smart plug model 45853, only the side showing the ZigBee logo can be switched on or of via the app.

Note: this model is no longer available.

Model 43095

If you have a smart plug model 43095, please note that the ZigBee logo is on both sides of the smart plug and you can only switch both on or off at the same time via the app.
