How long do the challenges last?

The challenges last seven hours per day and are carried out in three phases throughout the following time slots:

  • The morning challenge: an optional preheating phase from 4:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m., a reduction phase from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., and a recovery phase from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
  • The evening challenge: the optional preheating phase, from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., the reduction phase, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., the recovery phase from 9:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
