When I set programs for more than one device with the same start time, some of the devices don’t respond

We are currently experiencing some issues with the execution of programs for several devices set to start at the same time. For example, suppose you have separate programs for your living room and kitchen thermostats and both are set to start at 8 a.m.

We recommend deleting these programs and instead creating a scene that includes both devices. Program the scene to start at 8 a.m., rather than programming the devices individually. Do this for all programs that are set to start at the same time.

Our teams are working to fix the problem with programming for each device. We will let you know as soon as the situation is resolved.
