1. First, order your free Hilo hub. It’s the control centre that connects all your devices and lets you manage them from a single app.
2. Add your devices. Order Hilo thermostats for baseboards or heated floors, or the smart water heater controller — all at no cost (plus free first-time installation!).

The average is based on estimated savings from the 2025–2026 season (data to be validated in summer 2026) for customers enrolled in Rate Flex D who participated throughout the entire season under a scenario of 84 hours or 21 peak demand events. The calculation is based on Rate Flex D prices in effect during that season. Potential savings represent the difference between Rate Flex D and Rate D (the base rate), before taxes.
