1 Financial assistance is offered to Hilo participants who meet and accept the terms of the financial assistance program. To qualify, participants must add all eligible connected devices to the Hilo app and commit to participate in automation during peak demand events for a 12-month period. Financial assistance will be issued to the client within a few weeks after their devices are connected to Hilo and the financial assistance agreement is accepted. Financial assistance is issued only once per eligible connected device. The number of devices eligible for financial assistance is limited. For more details, see the financial assistance program. The financial assistance program may be modified or terminated at any time without prior notice.

What is the bonus for a compatible device, and how will I receive it?
According to clauses 6.1 and 6.2 of the General Sales and Installation Conditions Agreement:
- Hilo-branded connected devices are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for three years;
- Non-Hilo connected devices are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Participants should consult the instruction manual or technical data sheet for these connected devices and products on hiloenergie.com.
Only the Sinopé ZigBee floor heating thermostat paired directly with the Hilo hub can be included in the programming of a Hilo scene.
Do you use Hilo-compatible smart thermostats from Honeywell Home, Mysa, or Sinopé? While scene customization isn’t available for these devices yet, we’re actively working to introduce this feature so you can create personalized scenes.
