Can I add a compatible device to the programming of a Hilo scene?

Scene customization is not yet available for compatible Honeywell Home, Mysa, and Sinopé* thermostats. We're working hard to roll it out soon — stay tuned! 

*Only the Sinopé ZigBee floor heating thermostat paired directly with the Hilo hub can be included in the programming of a Hilo scene.

What is the bonus associated with Hilo-compatible devices, and when will I receive it?

Hydro-Québec offers a bonus of up to $150 per eligible Hilo-compatible device. The bonus amount will be issued to you in the weeks following the connection of your device to the Hilo app and your acceptance of the Financial Assistance Agreement.

Can Hilo install my compatible device in my home?

No. Hilo does not offer installation services for other manufacturers' devices.

I have a problem with my compatible Sinopé device; who should I contact?

If your problem is related to the Hilo service (for example, connecting the device to Hilo or participating in challenges), please contact Hilo customer service at 438 289-HILO (4456) or toll-free at 1 844 500-HILO (4456).
