When will I receive the amount I’ve earned from participating in peak events?

The amount you’ve earned from participating in a Hilo peak demand event will be credited directly to your next Hydro‑Québec bill.

This means it won’t show up in your Customer Space right after each event — it will only appear once your next billing cycle is complete and your bill has been issued.
