I’m a Hilo customer and would like to add one or two thermostats to my home. Will there be an installation fee?

Since you already received free installation for the Hilo thermostats you have now, an installation fee of $150 will be applied to your order of any additional devices that require an electrical contractor to visit your home for installation.

If you are a customer of the smart solution for electric vehicle charging only and would like to add the smart solution for heating, your first installation will be free no matter how many smart thermostats you order.
