What should I do if I need to change the date of my appointment?

To change the date of your appointment, contact customer service a minimum of two working days before the installation, either by phone at (438) 289-4456 (438-289-HILO) or toll-free at 1-844-500-4456 (1-844-500-HILO) from Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., or Saturdays and Sundays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Additional fees may apply if you change your order less than two working days before your installation date.

Installations must be performed within 45 days following the order, otherwise the order will be cancelled.
