Are any fees charged for cancelling?

You can cancel your order without incurring any charges a minimum of three working days before the scheduled installation date or shipping date.

If you cancel your order less than three working days before the installation date or at the time of your installation, the lesser of the following amounts may be invoiced as a cancellation fee by the installer: an amount of fifty dollars ($50) or a maximum of 10% of the cost of the unprovided services outlined in the Agreement.
