The smart home bundle includes installation, based on your agreement to participate in Hilo challenges for three years. The installation is performed by a qualified electrician who will also explain how to program your connected devices.
An agent will call you within 10 working days following your order to set up an installation appointment. If you have any questions or if you have not received a call from our agent within 10 working days of your order, please call customer service at 438-289-4456 or, toll-free, at 1-844-500-4456.
Note: The installation appointment may last between 3 and 8 hours, depending on your selected smart home bundle. Please plan to be available to help our installer.
The hub, thermostats and connected wall devices you order cannot be mailed to your home, because they must be installed by a Hilo-appointed electrician. The installer will bring them on the day of installation.
If you’re already enjoying Hilo services and have purchased additional products, your order will be shipped to your Hilo home address via Canada Post’s Expedited Parcel™ service.
Please note that the master electrician will collect all connected devices that have not been installed.
