How late can I cancel my installation appointment?

You may cancel your order free of charge up until 24 business hours before the scheduled installation date or shipping date.

Are there any cancellation fees?

If you cancel your order less than 24 business hours before the installation date or at the time of your installation, the lesser of the following amounts may be invoiced as a cancellation fee by the installer: an amount of fifty dollars ($50) or a maximum of 10% of the cost of the unprovided services outlined in the Agreement.
