I’ve plugged two devices into my duplex plug. How can I switch only one of the two on or off?

Model 45853

If you have the smart plug model 45853, only the plug on the side displaying the Zigbee logo can be switched on or off via the app.

Model 43095

If you own the 43095 smart plug model, please note that it displays the Zigbee logo on both sides and only allows you to turn both devices on or off at the same time via the app.
