Cancellations and changes

Cancelling an order 

You can cancel your device order free of charge up to two business days before the scheduled installation. After that point, cancellation fees may apply. 

Changing an order 

You can update your order at no cost. However, if your order is already being processed, we can’t guarantee that additional devices can be added. 

If a device can’t be installed on the day of installation for any reason, it will be removed from your order.  

Note: If the final number of devices to be installed falls below the minimum required to qualify for Hilo’s smart home service, your order and installation will be cancelled.
