Our warranty covers all defects of a material, workmanship or product quality nature, when the product is used and maintained in accordance with the instructions. We undertake to repair free of charge any defective device or, if a repair is not possible, to exchange it.
However, the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear from product use, mechanical shocks or chemical influences on product surfaces.
To make a claim, please contact customer service and quote the reference number and date of order when you call.
Compatible non-Hilo brand products have their own manufacturer’s warranty. Hilo is therefore not responsible for the proper functioning of these products.
To make a claim, please contact the manufacturer, have your bill on hand and follow their procedures.
Only devices listed in the Our Products section of the Hilo website have been tested and approved for use by Hilo. We cannot guarantee the proper functioning of any other device that is paired with our hub. As a result, Hilo will not provide any technical support related to such devices and may ask the customer to delete the Hilo application in order to ensure the proper functioning of the Hilo smart home service.
