What happens if I move, can I transfer my Agreement?

If you are moving, you must notify Hilo's Customer Service Department at least 30 days prior to your scheduled move date. In the event of a move, Hilo may, but is not obligated to, provide you with options to keep your Agreement from being terminated, such as a transfer of the Agreement.

Please note that you may not transfer your Agreement to a third party without notifying Hilo. You will remain solely liable to Hilo for all of your obligations under the Agreement until the solution proposed by Hilo and accepted by you has been completed. You may be charged fifty dollars ($50.00) plus applicable taxes as a processing fee for the solution agreed to with Hilo.
