Aside from their appearance, the two water heater controllers are very similar and can both be managed through the Hilo app. However, customers with a Calypso controller must use Sinopé’s Neviweb app for certain features, such as creating scenes.

Hilo’s smart water heater solution is offered at no cost and installed by a Hilo-authorized electrician. The first Hilo installation visit is also free of charge.
