As of June 3, 2025, a new version of the Services Hilo inc. ("Hilo") Privacy Policy will come into effect.

• Updated to reflect Hilo’s integration into Hydro-Québec.

• Revised to include the new rights introduced under the Act respecting Access to documents held by public bodies and the Protection of personal information.
• Clarified the procedures for exercising these rights.

Section: "How to submit a complaint concerning the protection of personal information"

• This section was added following the revision of the Act respecting Access to documents held by public bodies and the Protection of personal information.

Section: "Policy update"

• Clarifies content previously found under (alt : included in) the "Your consent is required" section.

Section: "Contact us"

• Updated to reflect Hydro-Québec’s integration into Hydro-Québec, this section clarifies who to contact regarding questions related to personal information or Hilo’s services.
