How can I verify if my charger can connect to a wireless network?

The Hilo smart solution for chargers requires that your EVduty charger be connected at all times to your wireless network (Wi-Fi).

Before selecting this solution, please ensure that your charger is a reasonable distance from the source of your network’s Wi-Fi signal.

To verify whether this is the case, place your mobile device close to the charger and verify that the Wi-Fi network is available and the signal strength is sufficient. If the signal isn’t very strong, you must move your charger or your Wi-Fi router, or even extend your Wi-Fi coverage with the help of a Wi-Fi repeater or a Mesh system.

Note that Hilo is not responsible for the functioning of the charger, including its network connection. Please contact Elmec, or your Internet provider, if you experience connectivity issues.
