I have a compatible Mysa thermostat. During a peak event, I noticed the temperature didn’t drop as much as expected. Is that normal?

Yes, that’s completely normal. It’s due to a built-in Mysa setting that prevents the thermostat from going below 14°C during peak events.

Mysa thermostats automatically enforce a temperature range of 14°C to 27°C. Regardless of the setpoint plan sent to them, the temperature will not drop below 14°C during the reduction phase.

For example, someone using Extreme mode without preheating and starting from a 19°C setpoint won’t see their Mysa thermostats drop to 13°C, as they would with Hilo thermostats.
