I just moved in and want to sign up for Hilo. What should I do?

Start by checking whether the devices in your new home are compatible with Hilo’s smart home solution. If they are, you can order a free Hilo hub from our website, download the app, and pair your devices.

If they’re not, you can either order Hilo-brand devices and a free hub directly from our website, or purchase Hilo-compatible partner devices elsewhere and order the hub separately from Hilo. If you choose to go with compatible partner devices, you’ll be eligible for financial assistance once everything is connected.

To place your order and start your Hilo journey, make sure to have one of your Hydro-Québec bills on hand.
