When are the rewards paid out?

The rewards you have earned throughout the season will be paid after the season has ended (usually around the end of April or in May), by Interac e-Transfer.

If you are no longer a Hilo customer because you have withdrawn from the program or you have moved, a cheque will be sent to the address we have on file.
