I have a compatible thermostat. How do I take part in peak demand events?
It’s easy! Just follow these steps:
- Order your free Hilo hub. It’s required for automation and lets you connect your thermostat to the Hilo app.
- Install your hub and connect your devices to the Hilo app.
- During the winter, let us help you during peak events. Hilo will automatically lower the set temperature of your thermostat by a few degrees, based on the participation mode you’ve chosen.
