Can I reinstall my old Hilo devices in my new home?

No. Hilo devices must remain installed at your previous residence.

To comply with the Participant Agreement and keep your Hilo product warranty (or warranties) valid, the devices can’t be moved. Contact Hilo customer service to get (new thermostats at no cost or take advantage of exclusive offers to continue your Hilo journey in your new home.
