What happens if I move? Can I transfer my Agreement?

If you’re moving, you must notify Hilo customer service at least 30 days before your planned moving date.

Please note that your Agreement can’t be transferred to a third party without Hilo’s approval. You remain fully responsible for all obligations under the Agreement until a solution proposed by Hilo and accepted by you is in place.
