How will I receive the amount I’m entitled to for my participation in peak events? 

For each billing cycle, the total amount corresponding to your energy reduction during all peak events in that period will be credited to your bill.  

If you're enrolled in the Equalized Payments Plan (EPP), this amount will appear every two months on your winter electricity bill, under the cost breakdown section.
