Can I adjust the temperature during a peak event using the Hilo app or a voice assistant? 

No. To change the temperature during a peak event, you’ll need to use the Residio app or adjust it directly on the thermostat. Voice assistants may accept the command but won’t be able to carry it out — this is a known behaviour for Honeywell Home thermostats. 

For the same reason, the Hilo app can’t control the temperature during the peak event and will prompt you to use the thermostat screen instead.
