Why isn’t my Zigbee model of Sinopé Calypso, paired directly with the Hilo hub, recognized as a water heater solution in the Hilo mobile app?

While it’s technically possible to pair Sinopé’s Calypso directly with the Hilo hub, the device will only be recognized as a switch (On/Off) — not as a dedicated water heater controller.

To access the full functionality of the Calypso controller, you’ll need to get the Sinopé GT130 gateway and pair your device with it (instead of the Hilo hub).
