I’m having an issue with my compatible Sinopé thermostat. Who should I contact?

If the issue is related to the Hilo service — for example, if you’re having trouble connecting the device to the app or getting it to respond during peak events — please contact Hilo customer service at 438-289-HILO (4456) or toll-free at 1-844-500-HILO (4456).

If the issue is with the thermostat itself — such as how it works with the Sinopé app or a hardware issue — please contact Sinopé customer service directly by calling 1-855-741-7701 (or 450-741-7700), or by filling out this online form.
