Can I systematically exclude a particular thermostat from Hilo challenges?

Absolutely! You can change your default settings with your Hilo mobile app at any time and exclude thermostats for morning or evening challenges.

You have until midnight the day before a challenge to set the settings. Any changes made after midnight will only apply to subsequent challenges.

Hilo suggestions

If you’ve installed one to four Hilo thermostats, we suggest not to exclude any thermostats.

If you’ve installed five to seven Hilo thermostats, we suggest not to exclude more than one thermostat.

If you’ve installed eight or more Hilo thermostats, we suggest not to exclude more than two thermostats.

You can also choose to exclude different thermostats from morning and evening challenges.
