What happens if I change the setting on a thermostat during a peak event?

You can adjust the set temperature on your connected thermostats at any time — either in the mobile app or directly on the device.

However, if you raise or lower the temperature between the start of the preheating phase and the end of the recovery phase, that thermostat will be excluded from Hilo automation for the event, which may reduce your potential savings.
