I felt cold during the last peak event. What can I do? 

If you haven’t already, we recommend enabling the preheating option. This gradually raises the setpoint temperature of your thermostats two hours before a peak event, helping store heat in selected rooms for greater comfort.  

You can also switch to Moderate mode, which results in a smaller temperature reduction during peak events — though this may reduce your potential savings. 

Finally, you can choose to exclude a specific thermostat before a peak event or manually adjust its temperature during the event. Again, this may reduce the amount you save.
