What is the bonus for a compatible device, and how will I receive it?

Hydro-Québec offers a bonus of up to $210 per eligible compatible device (click here for details on bonus amounts).

The bonus will be issued within three months after you connect your device to Hilo and accept the financial assistance agreement. You’ll receive an Interac transfer notice at the email address linked to your Hilo account. If you haven't set up direct deposit, simply go to the My bonuses page in the Hilo mobile app to find the password needed to accept the transfer.

Note: If you don’t accept the transfer or if an error occurs when you try to accept it, another attempt will be made the following month.
