Registration for Hilo’s smart home service requires a commitment to participate in Hilo challenges for a period of 36 months.
The offer consists of up to twenty Hilo thermostats for baseboard heaters free of charge upon registration for the Hilo smart home service. For the “up to twenty thermostats free of charge” offer, up to twenty thermostats are offered free of charge upon registration for the service, with free installation by a certified electrician, by means of a credit balance of $70 per thermostat.
The credit balance of $70 per thermostat corresponds to the amount of the discount obtained on the actual cost of the thermostats during purchase. Any customer who terminates their agreement before the end of their 36-month commitment must repay the remaining portion of this discount, which corresponds to the number of months remaining on the agreement. This discount cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion, cannot be applied to more than one order, cannot be used more than once per address and per Hydro-Québec account number, and is considered to be used once the order has been submitted.
This offer is non-transferable, cannot be sold or exchanged and has no monetary value, and the offer may be modified without prior notice.
