Compatible brands and bonuses

How much is the bonus offered with Hilo-compatible products? Can it be combined?

The bonuses offered by Hydro-Québec for each category of Hilo-compatible devices can be combined. Here is the bonus amount and device limit, by category.

Smart line voltage thermostats (for baseboard heaters, convection heaters or in-floor heating) 

  • Bonus: up to $210 per device 
  • Limit: 10 devices per address 

Low-voltage smart thermostats, including central thermostats

  • Bonus: $150 per device 
  • Limit: 2 devices per address 

Electric water heater controllers

  • Bonus: up to $125 per device
  • Limit: 2 devices per address
