What is the bonus for a compatible device, and how will I receive it?

Hydro-Québec offers a bonus of up to $210 per eligible compatible device (click here for details on bonus amounts). The bonus will be issued once you’ve accepted the financial assistance agreement and connected your devices to the Hilo app (typically within 4 to 6 weeks).  

You’ll receive an Interac transfer notice at the email address linked to your Hilo account. If you haven't set up direct deposit, simply go to the Events page in the Hilo mobile app to find the password needed to accept the transfer. 

Note: If you don’t accept the transfer or if an error occurs when you try to accept it, another attempt will be made the following month.
