Why can’t I connect my Honeywell Home T Series thermostat to Hilo right now?

This is a temporary issue related to our partner’s recent migration to their new app, First Alert.

Thermostats that require a First Alert account cannot be connected to Hilo at this time. We’re actively working to complete the integration.

Your thermostat remains fully functional; it just can’t be added to the Hilo app yet. 

Financial assistance for your thermostats will be available once they’re connected to Hilo. 

We’ll update this article as soon as the integration is complete and this thermostat model can be added to the Hilo app.
