First, locate the model number of your device. If it’s a thermostat, you can find the model number by removing it from its wall base and checking the back. You can also find it in the Neviweb mobile app (by Sinopé) or at the bottom of the device’s packaging.
Once you have the model number, check if it appears in the list of Hilo-compatible devices below.
