Why is the wait time for second installation visits so long?

Due to high demand, installation wait times — especially for second visits — are currently longer than usual.

To complete as many installations as possible before winter, we’re prioritizing first-time installation visits and scheduling them on a first-come, first-served basis. This first visit is still offered free of charge. 

If you place an order that includes the new Hilo smart controller for electric water heaters by August 5, 2025, your second installation visit (a $150 value) will also be free — regardless of when it takes place.
