Why is the wait time for second installation visits so long?

Due to high demand, installation wait times — especially for second visits — are currently longer than usual.

To complete as many installations as possible before winter, we’re prioritizing first-time installation visits and scheduling them on a first-come, first-served basis. This first visit is still offered free of charge.
