How do I schedule installation for my Hilo products?  

When you place your order online, you’ll be able to choose your preferred installation date and time slot.

Your devices must be installed within 45 days of ordering. If that isn’t possible due to Hilo’s availability, an exception will apply — otherwise, the order will be cancelled.
