Can Hilo replace my defective floor temperature probe during the installation of the Hilo smart thermostat for electric floor heating?

No. Hilo only provides the thermostat to control radiant floor heating. The radiant floor heating system, including the temperature probe, must already be installed and ready to be connected during the master electrician’s visit.

If your temperature probe is not working, the master electrician can configure the Hilo thermostat to take readings in ambient temperature mode only.
