How do I add my compatible Hilo thermostat for electric floor heating in the Hilo app?

From the Hilo mobile application, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Device page in the app by selecting the lamp icon on the bottom of the screen.
  2. Click on the + in the upper-right corner of the screen.
  3. Select Add a Device.
  4. Select the name of the device: Thermostat, Switch etc.
  5. Select “I do not have a Data Matrix code.”
  6. Choose “Continue.” This action will put the hub into pairing mode and the light indicator will flash blue.
  7. Press briefly on the two thermostat buttons simultaneously (for around 1 to 2 seconds).
  8. The network icon will be flashing in the upper-left-hand corner of the screen.
  9. When this network icon is displayed, the thermostat is connected to the hub.
  10. In the app, tap on Close when you see The device(s) have been added! The Devices page will be displayed again.
  11. Wait approximately 60 seconds for the thermostat tile to appear in the app.
  12. Test the thermostat, rename it and associate it with the appropriate room.
  13. The connection is complete. If you don’t have any other devices to pair with the app, click the button on the hub to quit pairing mode.
