Re-pairing a device

When a device is no longer paired with the Hilo hub, a notification will display on the tile for that device.

To re-pair it, go to the device page and tap “Device unpaired” under the device name, then tap Reconnect my device in the bottom of the screen, select the device type to access the pairing mode. If needed, tap Check out our Support section at the bottom of the screen, this will take you to the Hilo website, where you will find instructions on how to pair a device.
