If I already had a free first installation visit, am I eligible for a free second visit?

Yes. If you’ve already had a free first visit, you’re also eligible for a second installation at no cost when you order the new Hilo smart water heater controller.

This promotion applies to all orders placed between July 15 and August 29, 2025, regardless of when the installation takes place.

You’ll be notified of the next available time slots for a second visit as soon as appointments open up in your area. The second visit will be free as long as the order was placed during the promotional period.
