1 You must accept the Participant Agreement and commit to 12 months of automation during peak demand events.
2 Remote control through the mobile app is available for all Hilo thermostats and select compatible models. Note that some compatible models can only be controlled remotely through their brand’s app.

Savings with the smart EV charging solution may vary depending on factors such as vehicle type, driving habits, charging patterns, and the rate of participation in peak demand events.

1 Financial assistance is offered to Hilo participants who meet and accept the terms of the financial assistance program. To qualify, participants must add all eligible connected devices to the Hilo app and commit to participate in automation during peak demand events for a 12-month period. Financial assistance will be issued to the client within a few weeks after their devices are connected to Hilo and the financial assistance agreement is accepted. Financial assistance is issued only once per eligible connected device. The number of devices eligible for financial assistance is limited. For more details, see the financial assistance program. The financial assistance program may be modified or terminated at any time without prior notice.
2 The purchase price takes into account any discounts that may be offered by manufacturers to Québec consumers and excludes taxes and delivery fees.
Add your Honeywell Home, Mysa, or Sinopé devices to the Hilo app. If they're compatible, they can be automated during peak demand events and help you save on your electricity bill.
Other devices which were not tested by Hilo could be compatible with the app.
For example, a maximum of 10 dimmers can be paired with your hub. If you select eight dimmers as part of your Large Home package, your order will automatically be limited to two additional dimmers so that you don’t exceed the limit.
