Free shipping is available for orders that include only the Hilo hub. Please note that other Hilo products must be installed by a certified electrician.

  • Delivery typically takes up to 15 business days, though orders often arrive sooner.
  • If your shipping address is different than your Hydro-Québec account address, please contact us at 438 289-4456 (HILO) or 1 844 500-4456 (toll-free) to place your order.
  • In-store pickup is not available.
  • A signature will be required at the time of delivery.
