What does the bonus for a compatible device include, and how will it be issued to me?
The bonus amount will be issued to you once you've accepted the financial assistance agreement and connected your devices to the Hilo app (allow four to six weeks). You will then receive an Interac transfer notification at the email address linked to your Hilo account. If you do not have direct deposit enabled, simply go to the My Rewards section in the Hilo app to find the password required to accept the transfer.
Note: If you do not accept the transfer or if an error occurs during acceptance, a new transfer attempt will be made the following month. If none of the Interac transfers are accepted, the payment of your bonuses will be postponed until the end of the challenge season, along with the reward payments.
